Processes
The best quality is not achieved solely through the quality management system and the people involved. The necessary infrastructure and optimal processes are also an indispensable basis. Building this infrastructure and processes requires a high level of knowledge in order to optimally coordinate everything with the products.
We have observed, followed and discussed the manufacturing process and the various options for years with manufacturers from Europe and North America. This knowledge forms the basis of our unique processes at Canexis. The extraction process step, for example, is an extremely critical process, and not every process method and every extractor leads to the same quality.
For this reason, we at Canexis have defined all critical process parameters and monitor them continuously. For example, the choice of solvent, the set temperature, the exposure time, the batch size used, but also the solvent ratio have a strong influence on the product. For this reason, we do not use standard systems, but rather work with custom-made systems that are perfectly tailored to the products. However, it is not only the process systems and the processes themselves that are quality critical; the environmental conditions also need to be classified and controlled.
The infrastructure underlying quality includes the following:
